Pseudoindoxyl Isolate ~99% Purity

Note: there isn’t an active subreddit for mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, so I’m posting here.

While everyone was busy stocking up [M]GM-15, I was looking at options for pseudoindoxyl.

I have years of experience with kratom alkaloids, and I’ve never seen anything close to the level of psuedo purity that Terra Mystic offered while it was legal. If the lab tests are legitimate, at ~99%, it’s essentially an isolate.

I have limited experience with this particular alkaloid, but my first impressions of this batch are very positive. I just wish to express my gratitude for the product quality from Terra Mystic.

If anyone wants to see pictures (of the powder or the tincture I process it into) or wants more details about the effects, I’m happy to update this post.

➤ Community Pole ☑︎☒ Rating Recreation & Medicinal Value

Before this subreddit joins its siblings and goes the way of the dodo bird, let’s gather a quick pole based on user experiences.

On a 1 to 10 scale, rate the efficacy or potential of MGM-15 in various subjective aspects:

⚪︎ Analgesia:
⚪︎ Stimulation:
⚪︎ Sedation:
⚪︎ Euphoria / Mood Boost:
⚪︎ Appetite Stimulation:
⚪︎ Appetite Suppression:
⚪︎ Unwanted Side Effect Probability:
⚪︎ Overall Recreational Potential:
⚪︎ Overall Medicinal Potential:

I realize a smarter approach might be to use a survey platform, but this is a quick & casual way to gather a little info with the limited time we have before the ban.

With the official notice of MGM-15 being “temporarily” placed into Schedule I on Wednesday, 08/26/2026, it’s safe to say it’s over for this particular alkaloid.

Another Subreddit Falls: r/MGM__15 Banned

...

It appears that we've permanently lost r/MGM__15.

Unlike the removal of the main sub (r/MGM_15 seemed to disappear without explanation), Reddit provided a specific citation, stating the sub violated Rule 7 of their sitewide policies.

This might be the result of automatic flagging, but I think it's far more likely that someone manually reported the community. If that is the case, they presumably reported this one as well.

This sub is likely to disappear without warning. If you want to ask a question, or document / save anything from this subreddit, now is the time.

Over the years, we've lost a great amount of harm reduction information with the banning of various drug-related subreddits. Not just personal anecdotes... high quality resources, accessible references to scientific literature, insights into community trends, and detailed user reports— all gone without a trace (unless archived.) r/VendorsOfKratom was a particularly helpful resource for me personally. I learned a lot about kratom pharmacology through that community.

For Reddit to stay online, I understand that illegal sourcing is a valid concern, but I wish they would sanction the basic discussion of vendors of any drug, for the sake of scam reporting, harm reduction, and a plethora of other benefits that accompany accessible information.

Starcoast Labs & 7ohm Isolate

As far as I'm aware, the only vendor with "isolate-grade" 7ohm was Starcoast Labs. They consistently produced batches over 99% purity, and to the best of my ability, it legitimately seemed to be the most pure 7ohm product I've encountered as a consumer.

After months of website inactivity, I recently reached out to the team, and they confirmed my suspicion— no current production of 7ohm isolate.

I appreciate the consistency and professionalism of Starcoast. No guesswork with minor alkaloids, contaminants, or unknown compounds involved. They're also the only vendor I've seen to completely eliminate color / hue, boasting a pure white powder with a pharmaceutical grade appearance. Genuinely excellent work from Erik and George, and will be missed.

Is anyone aware of vendors that offer 7ohm powder >95% pure?

I've found a few batches that satisfy this threshold, but I welcome any suggestions!

NOT DANGEROUS ≠ Risk Free

I am pro 7ohm. A ban is the last thing I want to happen.

It's very discouraging to see advocates trying to defend this alkaloid with inaccurate or misleading statements, right in the title of what would otherwise be a solid post.

It's interesting how the recent "NOT DANGEROUS" poster did so much research, and presented so much solid evidence, yet chose the most biased and misleading title possible— a painfully missed opportunity.

How are we realistically going to bridge the gap in helping policymakers understand 7ohm, to understand that it has pros and cons just like anything else, when we can't even acknowledge them? (Yes, discussing pros and cons openly is not allowed in this subreddit. See the evidence below.)

I don't know how we stand a chance of getting a message through to general public with the kind of tunnel vision I've observed around here.

Take a look at the following post and ask yourself: Is this unreasonable? If I was a mod, would I delete this?

...

It gets worse. I reached out via modmail, kindly and respectfully asking if they could clarify which rule my post broke. No response.

I recommend abandoning this community in favor of more open-minded 7ohm subreddits.

Not dangerous does not equal risk-free.
