Be Careful If You Use THIS

I had encouraged my clients to communicate more on encrypted apps like WhatsApp or Telegram as sometimes using regular SNS texting is not working from burner phones or fake numbers, or even just their software updates or phone carriers don’t get all of their messages through.

Then a client pointed out someone took my photo and created a Telegram profile using my phone number in the title to attract people to perhaps TEXT me there versus my REAL telegram account. Luckily this client figured it out but it makes me wonder how many people may have contacted that person thinking it was me either for appt or content.

Now, I no longer accept Telegram messages and have to state as much in all my ads and web site.

Dealing with scammers happens to providers, too. We get fake links to “ verify ‘ to try to get into our phone or steal our images, or take our clients money.

It’s also happened to me throughout my career these low fruit hanging web sites stealing my images to create a profile there I never placed there. I‘ve read review sites where it’s clear it’s a different person they’re talking about, an agency or different city. These annoyances aren’t happening only for clients, it’s happening for providers as well.

DC Slow?

it’s been slower than previous summers I know, but damn, it’s crickets.

If I dropped my rate any lower, I’d not even make sense of doing this type of work between hotels, Ubers, ads, health care.

This industry has really gone downhill. I have a girlfriend waitressing lunches at nearby chain restaurants making $250-$400 daily. I’m thinking I’m crazy to do this work anymore with what I’m ACTUALLY earning AFTER all expenses considered. I’m a long term provider with hundreds if great reviews, a 9 service/looks, yet this is terribly pathetic. I may quit the industry because I’m not willing to engage in trafficking rates.

Hows it all for you all?
