Recurrent balanitis or herpes? Looking for opinions. Read history in body

Hi everyone,
About a year ago, I had a pretty severe episode where my foreskin became very inflamed, and I couldn’t retract it at all. I used an antifungal cream, and it gradually cleared up.
Fast forward about six months, and I’m dealing with something similar again. I have redness and a small red spot forming on the inner foreskin, along with some inflammation. This time it’s much milder—I can still retract my foreskin with only slight discomfort.
I’ve attached photos of what it currently looks like.
I’m not sure whether this is recurrent balanitis, a yeast (Candida) infection, irritation, or something that could be STD-related. I don’t have severe pain, just mild discomfort and inflammation.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Based on the photos, what do you think it looks like? Any advice would be appreciated.

Im freaking out is this herpes/std/sti or just friction?

Tiny bumps just below the head of my penis appeared overnight. Any idea what this could be?
I noticed these tiny bumps just below the head of my penis today. I definitely didn’t see them yesterday, so they seemed to appear overnight.
A few details:
● They’re not pus-filled or whitehead-like.
● im uncircumcised
● They don’t really look like pimples.
● They’re just below the glans, under the foreskin.
● I had been masturbating recently, and my foreskin felt tighter than usual, so I’m wondering if it could just be friction or irritation from that.
They do not burn, even while touching
They do not tingle

Has anyone experienced something similar? Does this look more like friction/chafing, or is it something I should be concerned about? Os is this early balanitis
