Need advice please

Hi all

Been told I have either Balanoposthitis or BXO/Lichen Sclerosus.

I’ve been given glob steroid cream and told to wash with Dermol500. The urologist is advising circumcision.

I have no idea if my case is mild or severe. I kind of feel like it’s extremely severe and honestly it’s ruining my mental health, confidence, sex life and relationships.

My routine at the moment is clob every day, dermol500 wash & aquaphor on dry / thin skin.

When it settles down I use clob 2/3 times a week.

I guess my questions are which parts are inflammation (is it the red parts?), if I get circumcised, would it really make a difference as it looks like LS has impacted my glans and is causing inflammatory issues there, in addition my frenulum has deteriorated and I worry I’ll lose all sensation.

Lastly, is this pretty severe or is there hope?

In an ideal world I’ll get circumcised, continue my treatment method and it will settle down on the glans. However I do worry it’s just going to get progressively worse over the course of my life. I’ve had some dermatologists state it isn’t LS and just Balanoposthitis, had some state it’s both that and LS and some state it’s just LS. I guess I just wanna see if anyone has similar symptoms and if they’ve improved or any other treatment methods?

Thanks and god bless you all.

Is this LS? Bxo? Fungus? Herpes?

I've been struggling for years to keep my penis healthy. It seemed to be improving, but now I've relapsed with the bad smell and discharge.I haven't been able to masturbate for years because it bothers me; my penis feels like it's peeling skin or something, kind of whitish. It gets better if I avoid friction. It's complicated because it affects sexual relations and I don't know how to cure it anymore. I'd like to understand what it is.

Recurrent balanitis or something else? Looking for opinions. Read history in body

Hi everyone,
About a year ago, I had a pretty severe episode where my foreskin became very inflamed, and I couldn’t retract it at all. I used an antifungal cream, and it gradually cleared up.
Fast forward about six months, and I’m dealing with something similar again. I have redness and a small red spot forming on the inner foreskin, along with some inflammation. This time it’s much milder—I can still retract my foreskin with only slight discomfort.
I’ve attached photos of what it currently looks like.
I’m not sure whether this is recurrent balanitis, a yeast (Candida) infection, irritation, or something that could be STD-related. I don’t have severe pain, just mild discomfort and inflammation.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Based on the photos, what do you think it looks like? Any advice would be appreciated.

Has any that had to have surgery had a weird look after.

I had a severe case of bxo and had to have 3 separate surgeries. The first was I got circumcised and they had to re fix my head. The second was a Meatotomy I do believe I had scaring to my bladder I had a catheter for 3 weeks. And the last was just a sound so more of a procedure. But it’s left me deformed looking has anyone else this problem.
