I'm in tears

We're probably divorcing, we haven't had sex in over a month. I got him to agree to at least a BJ hoping that would be enough for me and our teenager started "feeling funny" and was calling us after I got him off and I got somewhat closer with 2 toys jammed in me and no help from him. I know I'm lucky I could orgasm at all in - I spent years without. But I'm so sad to not have it anymore

We currently have an upholstered headboard attached to the wall but as my health and mobility deteriorates I'm wishing we had something I could actually hold on to. Our bedroom is right off the kitchen and we have teens and no extra usable spaces in our house (besides maybe the primary closet but its not really that big) so I'm wondering if anyone has a sturdy bed frame that is normal furniture but happens to also be good to use for leverage during sex? Or something else I can put as nightstands maybe?
