Looking for Ideas from Doms and Subs

I have a Sub/mentee who doesn’t seem to be able to follow the rules. I knew her under another Dom and he had similar problems but I thought it was because his rules were very granular and seemed designed to trip her up.
He quits/ I pick her up and today, (2 days in) she has her phone while driving.
