Probably a slightly heavy and possibly controversial question for here. How do other CGs make sure their emotional needs are met by a little partner whilst still enjoying the dynamic? I've unfortunately had to end a long term relationship as my partner was unable to meet my emotional needs as an adult or validate my feelings in anyway. Basically, much like a child doesn't really care about their parents interests or life, she was unable to show any interest in my life outside of her.
