I’m new to this ABDL space, but I’ve been having trouble managing erections when I tuck my pp down when diapering up… should I just point it up for comfort and risk leaks? Or should I just keep pointing down until I get used to it?

Also, can it cause erectile dysfunction…?😣

I’m new to ABDL/DL and ive been trying to un-potty train myself for a couple weeks now, maybe even over a month or two. And last night, I subconsciously wet myself in my sleep! This is my first time and i’m so happy i was able to pee without waking up, but I peed a bit too much and now the bed is soaked… I had actually worn two diapers but it wasn’t enough to keep the bed dry🫣 any recommendations for how to prevent leaking so much?
