First time at Cap. Staying at Le Gardin de Babylon.
In the afternoon. Staying for three days. Any suggestions on what we should get up to the first afternoon? Foam parties typically pick up around 4 or so, if we've understood correctly. What about the pool parties, etc? We don't think Bay of pigs is our thing on account of the (literal) wankers that hang around...
Hallo lieve mensen.
I recently found out about this lifestyle and it seems great does anyone have any tips for anyone’s first time going I’m a male in my earlier 20’s do people prefer that or like going for older??
Message me and would love to plan to either go this year or the following with like minded people
We headed to the gym in the morning. There is one in the campsite but you need a pitch number to buy a day pass, so we couldn't use it. There is one in Jardin de Babylone - the entrance to the Spa is to the left of the pool entrance. Eur15 for a day pass. You need clean trainers and clothes. Gym was small but well equipped.
We then headed to the Foam party at Le Glamour, entrance by the beach. We tried to reserve a mattress but 3 weeks in advance was not early enough. Apparently they phone people before hand to see if you are still coming and if you don't answer you may lose the mattress.
We got there at 1.45 for 2pm opening and there was already a small queue. This is a great opportunity to chat to people, so worthwhile timing when you join the end of the queue! We got chatting to some friendly Dutch and Canadians. We got in fairly quickly after it opened. Eur25 to get in, Eur3 for the cloakroom. Drop everything here apart from towel and suncream. Some people had plastic water proof phone pouches or small plastic waterproof boxes around their necks for keys and wallet. I had payment on my watch and keys in a running wrist strap which worked well. The ticket from the cloakroom is not waterproof though (as I found out!)
We got a drink and sat in the pool/jacuzzi chatting. The first 45 minutes it wasn't too busy, easy to move around and space in the pool. We then went to the foam area, this is the equivalent of a standing up play room in a club. We tried to get the happy medium of being in the foam but not completely covered by it. There seems to be a level of assumed consent in here, you might get touched by someone and you tell them to stop if you don't like it. My wife got touched on the shoulder (sort of massage type touch), we moved away and he stopped. We saw a lady put her hands between another ladies legs, the second lady checked it was a female, not male, and let her carry on. Another chap started rubbing his body against a lady in a four and the lady moved out of the way and he stopped.
This is all we saw in maybe 45 minutes, so not much, not pushy and we and everyone else seemed more than happy with how this worked. This was maybe 1-1.5 hours after opening. It may have got more touchy later on after everyone had had a few more drinks. We met a few people here that we had seen in the pool party from the day before and had some fun with the couple we had chatted to in the queue. (She felt powerful with something in each hand!)
We then headed back into the bar / jacuzzi area and it was now pretty packed. We got to the bar but couldn't get to the pool as it was full and too crowded nearby. (Watch out for people smoking as we got close to getting burnt once). We had one more drink and headed off as it was too busy for us.
This is where a mattress would have been well worth the money, we would have had a chance to chill for a bit and maybe managed another trip to the foam.
We headed off to the bar on the beach, this was another great people watching spot and we had an enjoyable drink there.
Our apartment was third floor overlooking the central part of Heliopolis. This was a great spot and we'd definitely get a place like that again. We had a drink and a play on our balcony watching everyone heading to and from the beach and bars. At about 7pm the first evening outfits appeared; long dresses with splits to the waist, leather strappy tops with nothing hidden, fluffy white tops, a very tall slim lady wearing a large belt thing that went from just below her boobs to just above her bottom (so technically not naked but not covering anything that you would normally cover up!), lots of sheer dresses and body suits. Most blokes borringly in jeans and shirt, some in kilts, some just a waistcoat, one in sparkly spandex shorts with straps over shoulders (he looked amazing) and he had co-ordinated with his wife. I had seen a tip on here of a black tie shirt, rolled sleeves and no tie, that's what I wore and felt that worked well.
We then got dressed up and headed to Le Pilouterie bar. This place is great, quick service, good music and its a really busy spot to watch everyone. Can't recommend here enough for a drink at 8/9 ish.
We then went to the Oz Inn rooftop bar. One chap was wearing smart white trainers but wasn't allowed in. We took flip flops for my wife and she wore these walking around and then slipped into the high heels when we got to places. Eur35 I think to get in. Very sophisticated bar, amazing light show, average DJ, quite a few nice places to sit, but these were all premium vip and mostly empty. We had a drink here and a good dance and headed off about 11.15 to Le Glamour club (next door to the foam party).
This is the huge swingers club we should have come to on the first night (I make the mistakes so you don't have to!) We got there about 11.30 and no queue and fairly empty inside. Eur60 to get in with 2 drinks included. Dance floor, poles, bar and lots of sofas upstairs. Downstairs was the playrooms and there were loads of these, maybe 10-15 on the couples side and more on the threesome side (we didn't look in there). As we were flying out early the next morning we had to call it a day. At 12.30 it was starting to feel busier, and there was a bit of a queue outside, maybe 20 couples. Single men are also allowed in here, entry fee is higher and they are not allowed in the couples play rooms.
We stopped in at the bakery on the way back just in time to see France score the penalty against Morroco so the French were happy. One chap got a bit excited and started knocking tables over so someone took him outside, gave him a couple of punches and knocked him out cold! (This was only aggressive thing we saw the whole time we were there).
That's day 3 and our last day. I might do a summary tomorrow - let me know if you have any questions.
We've been coming to CDA for 6 years now. One the things we love is the pigs beach. Every year, I want to have a circle jerk at least once. I love to help the men release their loads onto my body and get a many as possible.
We see other circles, and other women/couples into it, but never meet them elsewhere.
Whenever we talk to couples in the village, clubs or in swingers community back home, they all say: no we don't like to have a circle of men squirting their loads.
So I wonder: is there anyone here who also likes to do what I do?
Hi everyone! 😊
We're a friendly, open-minded couple visiting Cap d'Agde for the first time. We love nature, meeting new people , and discovering new experiences.
We'd love to meet other couples who are also first-time visitors so we can explore the beach, clubs, and foam parties together and make new friends.
If you're interested, send us a message—we'd be happy to connect! 🌴🥂
Hi! We’re a couple in our late 20s planning to stay at Résidence Natureva Spa in August.
We’d love to hear from anyone who has stayed there recently.
How was your overall experience?
How are the rooms and the spa?
Is August a good time to visit, or is it too crowded?
How is the atmosphere for couples?
Any tips or things we should know before booking?
Thanks in advance!
Hi, we're going to Cap D'Adge for the first time next week. We consider ourselves nudists and and have sone experience from swingers clubs as well.
I see there is an area of the beach popular to hoopkups with strangers, but I think we’d like a more classy area for public sex instead, and I see there are beach clubs and swingers clubs which might be more appropriate for us.
Any beach clubs you would recommend for us?
Hallo lieve mensen.
Is there a preferred ATM in the Village to withdraw euro (low conversion/fees)? We prefer not to withdraw at CDG or MPL airports due to high fees and conversion rates.
First up headed into the town of D'Agde for some photos of churches, buildings and waffles to send the kids at home. Bolt is cheaper than Uber and easy pick up and drop off at the front.
Headed to Le Jardine de Babylone pool party at 1.30. (Wednesdays and Fridays). Eur35 to get in, couples only, Eur5 for a locker, first drink included. Naked by the pool, clothing ok by the bar.
It was lively when we got there, maybe 50 couples and 100 when we left, still not too crowded though. DJ and music were good, Apperol spritz Eur15. Lots of people playing by the poolside, so quite a fun, lively, erotic vibe.
We got chatting to a hot couple from Germany but I think our inexperience put them off. They were meeting lots of other people for an apartment party later, so someone else might have got a better result here!
At one point I was sat on the side of the pool with my wife in the pool (you get the picture), surrounded by naked people, some of them playing together, great music, sun shining. If you are slightly reserved newbies like us; do this one thing and you will have had a weekend to remember!
Quick drink at a little bar near us and then a power nap. About 9 headed to Plaisirs de Crustaces near the entrance. Great chicken and lobster roll tapas with wine Eur50. (8-9pm seems to be roughly the transition from nude to dressed up for the night).
Vibe bar at the top of the hotel above the entrance has just opened so we went there next. No entry fee, drinks not too expensive. They had a DJ and Saxophonist, great views, pool (not being used in the evening), lots of well dressed good looking people, but not much chatting. We had a few drinks and danced. There were some split level hotel rooms that opened straight onto this space, awesome spot if you wanted to be right in the action!
Headed to L'Eros next. No entry fee, again drinks not too expensive. Good music. Much younger crowd (20s - 40s) and more clubbing vibe than libertine. This part of the resort was still really busy at 1am when we headed back to Heliopolis. Much quieter here and seemed to be wrapping up, although the bakery was open so we got a tart and an éclair to finish the night.
Any info regarding the foam party? Any info welcomed, thank you
Hi all, we are in Cap from the 25th July and coming from Australia. I see there are plenty of massage shops to choose from - does anyone have any recommendations on what is the best? Do we need to book in advance? We are looking for tease/sensual without sex necessarily.....
Returning to Cap d’Agde and staying in the naturist village. See you all there!
Hi, looking for must go to and places to avoid. Looking for places not heavy with single guys.
Cab from Bezier airport Eur42.
Waiting to meet our accommodation check in person by the front entrance it was about 80% clothed, by the beach was mostly nude. Varied elsewhere.
Drinks and food in La Pilouterie 7/8 ish, nice bar, good location to people watch and near the yachts. Most people in the bar half nude.
8/9pm more people in evening wear. I called this glamour wear, my wife called it fetish wear. The women all looked amazing, the men mostly trousers and a t-shirt/shirt.
Got changed and came back out. Le Melrose empty at 9.45 so grabbed a drink at Waiki Bar. Great spot overlooking the bars and restaurants in that area.
Went back to Le Melrose at 10.30, bought drinks then told it was cash only so had to head back to the apartment, grab a card, find the cash point (near Pizza Flora in the shopping bit).
Melrose now busy, 70 year old lady pole dancing on the table - absolutely rocking it. Lots of other women took turns up there, great fun to watch. We had a few drink and a short but fun snog and grope with an Italian couple. We declined the offer to go to their apartment which brought the fun to an end.
Headed to Histoire d'O. Seemed to have a different name outside (wooden slated exterior). Really nice inside. Dropped all our stuff in a locker. Fully nude inside. Good sauna, spa pool and play areas. About 10 other couples inside. No real socialising / chatting going on, just couples having fun together. There is a bar near the entrance but you can't take drinks into the rest of the place. Told there was a door to the single men but we didn't see it.
