TM2 user in need of help

Hello I’m looking to try something different from my Tinymight 2 and had my eye on a Dynavap for a while. I’m currently settled on the M7XL stealth with a helix tip and a perforated captive cap. Does that seem like a good set up? There’s definitely a lot when you’re getting started but my limited research had me end up here. I’m looking to dry hit on higher temps with as much cooling and airflow as possible. My TM2 is usually set on 9 or 10. Anyone have anything to add or change with that set up? Also if anyone has a good rec for a tough camping torch I’d would really appreciate it.

Just the tip

I decided to invest in a Helix tip as I already had an armoured cap lying around and all I can say is after a week of use I'm sold.

I doubt I'll search for anything else tbh it's that good.

What's your favorite tip/cap combo?

This 2018m+ with Ti Halo tip and perforated cap with stainless armor has been absolutely blowing my mind. I sort of frankensteined this together after I got a couple Halloween grab bags last year, although I was using an armored cap for a while. Picked up the perforated cap with armor during the 4/20 sale and its a game changer. The amount of vapor you can pull is just absurd and I love it, I'm talking like blunt levels of cloud 🤣

What's everybody like to pair up these days?

Bonus pic of my other monster, m7 with a hyper cap and tip 😅

Ordered a G3

I just ordered a G3 because I want to try dry herb vaping for the first time. The question is does dry herb vaping get you more baked than traditional smoking with less weed?

Is the Thermal Hyper Cap necessary for the Unidyn Ball Vape?

I'm looking at buying my first vaporiser and Dynavap has come very highly recommended. I'm interested in the ball vape, but I'm not sure what accessories I need (if any). Would you consider the Thermal Hyper Cap a necessary attachment for the Unidyn Ball Vape?

Just received my 4th of July prize!

Man George and Lori go above and beyond with generosity and appreciation all the time, it's great to be part of this amazing community! The congratulations note we get always makes my day, the stickers too, but I'm a sticker addict anyway 😂

VapeNorth.ca Clearance sale Hyper Tip + Hyper Cap

Even with the inconsistent performance, I couldn't say no to $62USD + Shipping.

Anyone have any suggestions for how to dial it in? I have the newer version of the wand, I saw that people use the flip side to get the THC cap to fit. I have the silicone Dynavap adapter, but I imagine I'll have to remove that.

As of this post, the THC cap and hyper tip are still available

Is there anything that will do it better?

Absolutely loving this thing. Bought the standard m7 back in January and now added an xl mouthpiece and condenser alongside the vaphit silver collar.

I'm using about 4 half bowls an evening which I'm happy with. What could I add to improve on this further? I've considered the helix tip or an induction heater. Or am I better off just stopping where I am with the dynavap and getting a tempest 2 because from what I've read they're a huge upgrade, although the bowl size concerns me being 4 times the size. I do however like the simplicity and size of the dynavap with the torch with no charging or electronics. Opinions please.

G3

Is anyone still using the g3? I've been using this since day one, and it's my main go-to. I'm still on the first as I bought a second as a backup. Most of the others are gathering dust apart from the m7 stealth.

This brought the Dyna back into my regular rotation.

The stem itself from Dovetail Woodwork handles reheats beautifully, but I was not prepared for how hard the Helix tip slaps with the perf cap + cap armor combo.

After acquiring a few different heavy hitting hot sticks over the last couple years, the Dyna usage fell by the wayside. I had previously used the Helix tip with an armored cap, and it worked great until for the life of me I could not get an armored cap to stay on the Helix...they just kept sliding off! I eventually put the Helix in timeout and only rarely pulled out the Dyna during a sesh.

This combo has brought it right back into the regular rotation. It's giving me the perfect little conduction punch with some serious vapor production. It also has great airflow, and solid flavour. Highly recommend!

Woodwynd or m7xl stealth

Considering my first dyna purchase and debating between these two. Looking for any insight from those who have experience with both. Thank you!

Wondering idea from people who been tried it

Stuck condenser

I let a little too much time elapse between cleanings (place parts in ziploc with ISO, place ziploc in ultrasonic cleaner filled with water, repeat once) and now I can’t unstick the condenser from the tip. I’ve tried a long soak in ISO, another soak in the ziploc ISO bag placed in the ultrasonic cleaner basket full of hot water and nothing gives. Rubber gloves do nothing. Pliers: nothing. Waiting for a reply from customer service but I figured I’d ask here. M7XL for the record.

UPDATE: freezing did nothing. A few seconds in the wand (cap on to conduct heat) was enough to loosen it. Thanks all! Hope this can help someone in the future…

Dynavap hit different

Been maining my Volcano Classic/Hybrid for a few weeks now due to a rib injury (hurts to rip bong :( )

With my trusty M17 & Hyperdyn I feel stoned lmao like a joint high idk I think they’re still great despite having multiple Tornados & other hot sticks such as the Convector series & lotus pipe

I'm thinking of getting the hyperdyn, can i get just the cap and tip if I only plan to use it with a water piece?

Would save me a lot of money as the cap and tip are 120 vs 230 for the whole piece. If not, what would be a good option for a larger cap that can connect to a water piece and still fits the ispire wand?

Dovetail Woodwork

Well worth the wait. I was using the halo tip on a Bonger before this and I was not prepared for how much of an improvement a quality stem would be.

I was previously going for OHE through a water pipe. Any recommendations for yll 3.0 settings for more of a sip?

Is the M7 midsection omnidirectional? Or was one of the website images built incorrectly?

The tapered end moves from mouth side to tip side, is there a standard way of assembly or just personal preference?

Help to find this

A while ago I saw a little dhv folding multi tool. Only small. Think it was green and kinda bug shaped. Can’t find it now or remember what it was called. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

New cap damaged?

Already 2 caps in use (from the M7 and M7 XL) for a few weeks now and bought a new one (so I can use one of the older ones with the armor)...

The old ones usually click 2 times within 1 or 2 secs with my standard YLL settings, but the new ones behaves different to the point that the material burns if I wait for the 2nd click to come...if I use it after the first click there is no vape...

So my question as a newbie (use it for like 6 Weeks now): Is it normal and do I have to cope to a new cap cause every cap behaves slightly different? Or is it a faulty one?

I mean...respect the click...if I use it like older ones I burn my material...
