Did the all of the Vong models up until VongX use that same funny-looking ti tip? The one that was standard on Vongi?
Those of you who have it, what do you guys think about that tip?
Edit to add: That tip looks a lot like the 2021 Omni tip. Has anyone compared them?
Daily smoker here who recently became unable to combust for health reasons. (I miss my bong, y’all. Please help.)
I’ve tried different dry herb vapes in the past but always went back to my bong. MFLB was there before my bong and I used to like it, but now it’s lackluster. I bought a pax3 thinking it would be an upgrade and it’s horrible (weak hits but somehow still too hot for my throat).
I’ve been eyeing the VonG X bc I think I’d like a dhv better with bong compatibility but I’m hesitant to pull the trigger…mostly bc jumping into the dynaverse seems overwhelming. (So many parts!)
I have the VonG X with the YLL 3.0 induction heater in my cart, but before I purchase, I want to ask the reddit experts.
is this all I’ll need to get started?
does this seem like the best purchase for bong use?
both induction heaters are the same price, which is better? (I don’t trust myself with a torch)

I’ve been running the M7XL with a YLL and just upgraded to the halo tip.
For stainless I was running 40W and heating a few seconds past the second click (captive cap).
I’m loving the halo after its inaugural run, and was pretty much getting OHE’s between 45-55W.
I’d love to get ~2 cycles per bowl, anyone have an IH protocol they like? (Open to torch tips too).
Been dry around here with summer ending. Forgot how nice Woodwynd looks after couple coats Dynawax and quick buff. Sparkle, sparkle.

I'm new to dry vaping and so far so good.
My one question at the moment is how do I control, at least try, how high I get.
I tried moving the filter up higher in the bowl and I still get as high with less.
Do I need to heat it up differently to change the intensity of the high?

I'm considering buying my first dynavap (today I use a Veazy, before that a davinci iq2, this would be my first manual vape)
As I live in Brazil options here are limited. Currently most models are out of stock everywhere, with the expeption of the Vong i, Vong X and hyperdyn
Out of those 3 I'm considering a kit with the vong i, a dynastash and a torch. But as the vong is titanium, I'm guessing it won't work with the stash magnet. Or is the cap itself magnet? If so, is it strong enough?
And out of those 3 options, do you think the X or hyperdyn would be better as my first dynavap?

i want to acquire a g3 with the purpose of using for the purpose of vaporizing diamonds, would i be able to put some diamonds in, torch it and smoke, i know you can layer bud with diamonds but i would like the option to vaporize just diamonds
This is 0.10 g of GG4. This went three low temp heat cycles through my Dynavap J. P. Finley. The amount of vapor wasn’t insane, but the flavor was incredible. The flower is nice and evenly toasted, which is exactly how I was feeling afterwards! Your flower goes so much further with DV.
This one I call, Titaniumwind or together as one, Dynavap Helix tip,Simrell FMJ, Camouflet stem, Madheaters xl cooling unit, Wood wind condenser and mouthpiece.
This helix for OHE is just amazing, super flavourful I couldn't believe was like I was brushing my teeth with my citrus pop.
On a budget and looking to get a dynavap for use with a bong, currently looking at the bb3. I don’t have a high tolerance and I only smoke once a day, sometimes a day off here and there, and my current set up is a cart through my mini bong. I like my current set up but the carts I have access to are either a bit sketchy/questionable or just disty. Would also like to go back to flower, just not combustion, like my lungs. Any advice? Is there a better option?
Can anyone tell me if the newly listed “vong x condenser assembly” is compatible with the “M” model for making it an XL device? The vong x condenser tube is shorter but has length adjustments, will they be enough for it to function properly inside the “M” model stem?
My original dynavap, original cap, ordered in Nov of 2018. I did file grooves in the tip when it was still pretty new. My new XL.
It didn't need replacing, it's vaped quite a bit. Just needed a friend. Also was lucky enough to receive a free karma dynavap. Collection builds up fast!

Has anyone else got the thermal hyper cap that won't physically fit on the hyperdyn? Like it's just too tight and the fins on the tip just cause it to get stuck?
I've been making dynavap content for a while and they rewarded me by sending me a free VongX and HyperDyn and Thermal Cap, I'm loving the VongX but the HyperDyn I can barely use it, I had one hit with the hyper cap and found it underwhelming so I want to try it with the thermal cap and it will not fit on, I have to force it to even get it partially in and then I have to pull with all my life to separate it, and I work out 4 times a week I'm not exactly weak 😅 this is either really poor design and or I've just got a bad one, either way I'm pretty disappointed 😢, please help fellow dry herb wizards, I know one of you must have the magic answer ❤️
I am still figuring out the timing and distance with all of the different caps and such. Which part of the flame should be hitting the cap, the very tip of it or lower?
I hit it with the flame until I hear the big click. I hear a small click about 6 seconds beforehand.
After hitting it, I'll put it on my reload and wait until it clicks, usually twice.
Is there a current pretty undisputed winner brand or product? I'm very knowledgeable in almost everything herb consumption wise. Absolutely have none here. I don't wanna mess around with cheap objects. Id prefer the top induction heater and dyna style item immediately if y'all have any ideas?
