Your orgasmic process

We’ve been talking about knowing the different processes people use to bring themselves to a HFDO. We know that it’s very individual to for everyone…. But knowing the different elements might spark some ideas for those of us who are less experienced.

What do you do to trigger a HFDO? What’s your process?

Having a break

I made it up to day 21 of the 30 day challenge and with all the practice I’ve been doing I realised that my muscles were shot!

I’ve made the call to give it a few days off. I’m glad I did as I’ve had sore muscles since! Think I’m gonna have to have up to 4 days off before I start again.

I’ve still been trying to do the meditation session on the off days, but…. I’m worried about my progress being affected.

Has anyone else had any experience on how they retain the sensations?

And secondly, would anyone recommend maybe going back a few days/week to revisit the previous lessons to get me back to where I was?

Omg

I just had 5 dry orgasms in a row. Each one lasting 1 to 2 minutes. I cant help but tense up and breath heavy. All I've done is visualize flexing my top muscle and then it all starts. Its the same sensation I get when I have an "anal orgasm" but all I did was imagine the sensation in my dick and thats where I ended feeling an orgasm.

Sexual intercourse

I am married and have sex about two to three times a week. How can I balance my sex life with my Mindgasm journey? What are your recommendations? Also, I am able to feel HFDO through Mindgasm, but I don’t experience it every day—only about twice a week. Please suggest how I can improve this.

Thank you

Shutting Off My Brain and Handling Frustration

I’m currently on Day 21 of the 30-day Mindgasm challenge, and while I’m enjoying the process, today was generally a frustrating day. I’m hoping those with more experience can offer some guidance on managing the mental noise and the frustration that comes with it.

To give some context, here’s how my days generally go at the moment:

I get up early and do my Mindgasm training. I really enjoy this because I can genuinely focus on the subtle sensations in my pelvic region, and it leaves me feeling positive about my progress. Later in the day, if my wife goes out, I’ll use my lunch break to have a go with my Aneros (I have a Helix Syn).

The problem is, as much as I try to replicate my morning session, I just can’t seem to get into it. I’ve tried pushing myself to get aroused beforehand, but it makes no difference.

As soon as I feel even a tiny sensation, my brain instantly takes over and I find myself saying:

- "I can feel something, I need to focus on it."
- "Is this going to grow?"
- "Try spreading it around.”

And the second I feel something stirring, I say "It’s starting to happen" in my head, and all of my muscles naturally start to tense up, forcing me to actively focus on relaxing my whole body. It’s usually at this point the sensation dies off.

Between breathing deeply, feeling for sensations, and trying to keep my entire body relaxed, it feels like a constant juggling act of competing priorities. It feels so much simpler with Mindgasm because I just listen and follow the instructions.

Today, despite my best efforts to focus on inputs rather than outputs, I got incredibly frustrated and ended up finishing with a TO. I’ve been berating myself about it ever since.

I’m starting to think using my lunch break is part of the problem. Slack notifications, as I’ve found out, are the ultimate buzzkills for trying to relax into a session!

I’d love to get your thoughts on three specific questions:

  1. Why is there such a massive disconnect between Mindgasm sessions and solo sessions with my Aneros?
  2. How do I actually get my brain to shut up during a session?
  3. How should I view ending a session with a TO, and how do I deal with the guilt? Am I actually resetting my progress when I give in to frustration, or am I just being way too hard on myself as a beginner?

Any advice from people who have moved past this overthinking phase would be massively appreciated.

Is it all paid?

Hi there, new to mindgasm.

I was only able to do the first lesson and then all of the others became only available by payment. Is this the case?

I had an understanding there was a way to go through the free ones and then once you made your mind you could subscribe to it. I liked lesson 1 but not sure if that would justify the subscription and yes, I know people will come here to say it's wonderful though I need to assess the value on my own.

Thank you

Can the same Mindgasm peak be both a prostate orgasm and a dry orgasm?

Reading recent discussions, I noticed that “prostate orgasm” and “dry orgasm” are often used like competing labels. Someone may call a peak prostate-based because the pleasure feels centered in the pelvis and then spreads, while someone else calls it dry because a clear orgasm occurred without ejaculation.

Those labels seem to describe different parts of the experience. “Prostate orgasm” points to the route and body region involved. “Dry orgasm” says that there was an orgasmic peak without ejaculation. So one event could fit both descriptions, while a dry orgasm would not automatically have to feel prostate-centered.

I’m interested in how people with repeatable experiences use the words, rather than techniques, lesson stages, or which type is supposedly better. If you’ve had an experience that seemed to fit both, which features made both labels feel accurate rather than forcing it into only one category?

Session structure + finding time

I'm wondering how to approach these two questions:

  1. I've been using mindgasm with my aneros

I just started and I'm at lesson two

I'll start mindgasm and usually 8 or 10 minutes in I start getting pleasurable, convulsions and other signals. I kind of want to just ride them on my own without the voice in my ear so I'll stop do my own thing and then start again.

Is it better to just continue with the lesson and exercises?

  1. Also, I've been craving it a lot and really want to do it in little pieces of downtime, like for example I have a meeting in 40 minutes and I'm thinking maybe I can do a session without my aneros. I prefer having an interrupted open-ended time, but it's rare to get it and I want to keep the practice up

What does a HFDO feel like?

I've a ton of, what I can only describe as anal orgasms, where I feel an orgasm originating from my prostate and it stays in that area. I keep reading about people having HFDOs where they say it feels like a regular penile orgasm except no ejaculation or refractory period. How does one accomplish this? All of my sessions that were successful were always ALESS.

I've experienced a HFDO a few times while having a sexy dream. I woke up to a regular orgasm with no ejaculation. So whats the deal?

Tracking your progress

Do you track your MMO progress? I found that keeping a journal of my experiences helped as I progressed in my training. I did that for at least a couple years. After a session (sometimes even during a bathroom break in the middle of a session) I'd update the journal with a few notes about how intense the session was, what techniques I tried, maybe anything new I felt, and because I also count the dry orgasms I have in a session (https://www.reddit.com/r/MultipleMaleOrgasms/s/rXp6NaNxFt) using a counter app, I'd note that too afterwards.

Most of my sessions have at least a bit of thc (even 2.5-5mg makes a huge difference for me) so I'd note that too, being able to figure out things like staging dosing, different types, what bigger doses do, and so on.

But the main thing was being able to look back and read through experiences, like the very first time with r/Mindgasm lessons, I broke through and had a dry orgasm. And when looking back there were techniques or positions I had forgotten about and re-tried later, and were even more awesome.

Do you keep a journal of your progress, what worked and didn't?

Multiple anal orgasms

Last night I took 10mg of thc and had the most intense orgasmic experience ever. I started to feel P waves once the gummie kicked in. After 15 mins or so, I was have another super o / anal orgasm.

It was amazing! Then it died down and a few minutes later, it just happened again! After that one died down, I fell into a sweet spot i guess. What mean is, I could have orgasm after orgasm effortlessly just by thinking about it! It did it maybe 10 times just from thought.

I was so tired after so I decided enough is enough. I just wanted one orgasm tonight so I was deeply satisfied. But then, the orgasms wouldn't stop. They kept coming over and over and I had to actively try to not have them. It was so hard to do it at first then it just wouldn't stop even if I wanted it to.

Was hoping for a few dry o's but it was all anal orgasms. Shaking, warmth, and moaning.

These feelings lasted all night and just now have died down. I can function normally again lol. Wtf happened and how do you get to multiple dry o's?

After a Mindgasm peak, what made the next few minutes feel different from arousal fading?

I've been reading the after-peak posts here. A lot of people describe a long fade, shaking, or leftover warmth, and then aren’t sure whether that was still the orgasm or just arousal coming down.

A peak and the minutes after it aren’t automatically the same thing. An orgasm still needs a clear peak. What happens afterward can confirm it, or it can just be the body settling.

I’m not asking for lesson numbers, contractions, or a how-to. I’m not using duration as proof. I’m curious about the first time the next few minutes after a Mindgasm peak felt clearly different from ordinary arousal fading.

If you’ve had both “that was just coming down” and “something had already shifted,” what was actually different?

Gooning + Mindgasm = Incredible Intense Orgasms!

Hi everyone.

A while back I posted on here some of my experiences with Mindgasm.

I also mentioned in one post how I considered Mindgasm could be considered as another form of Gooning. ( Mostly in regards to how both have ways to increase your arousal and cause you to experience new levels of pleasure you might not have experienced before. )

I can definitely say now with confidence that I'm really glad that I got to learn both ways.

While Gooning requires more mental arousal and physical stimulation trying to stay on the edge, Mindgasm really helped me begin to experience orgasms in a different way through the flexes and mental arousal as it happens. Its gradual.

Thanks to the principles of Mindgasm itself I've learned to control my body.

Both have now helped me attain a new level of pleasure and experiencing amazing orgasms I never knew were possible! 😄

It's not something that happened for me overnight. As Mindgasm mentions its about rewiring your mind and body . It took time and patience through the flexes, breathing, and contractions. It was about finding balance in achieving these orgasms and they feel really wonderful.

That's the amazing thing about experimenting and learning the Mindgasm lessons themselves. You can apply them anyway possible with your pleasure.

Thank you so much Mindgasm! I'm truly glad I learned about it. The best thing to ever happen.

Pushing out stops involuntaries - help

Having some awesome sessions with prostate play at the moment using Mindgasm, Aneros and butt plugs. I keep hitting this point, especially with no toys during nipple play when I start getting this intense pressure building up in me, my abdomen starts tensing up and I start pushing out. If I do have a toy I will sometimes force it out. I usually start shaking as well. It feels nice but it often kills off the involuntary movements of my pelvic floor and hence any prostate pleasure.

Should I try to continue and ignore this feeling as much as possible, perhaps try to force involuntary movements and really focus on them since they are really pleasurable.

Maybe there is something else I should try, thanks! 😊

During Mindgasm, how did you tell an orgasm from a strong sensation?

I've been reading the dry-orgasm and full-body-shaking posts here. One thing keeps jumping out: people often treat a strong pelvic wave, shaking, or a long session as proof that an orgasm happened.

That makes sense if the goal is just “something intense.” But a strong sensation and an orgasm aren’t automatically the same thing. An orgasm still needs a clear peak, some body involvement, and a noticeable shift afterward. Shaking or warmth can be part of that, or they can just be arousal.

I’m not asking for lesson numbers, contractions, or a how-to. I’m curious about the first time a Mindgasm session made the peak obvious on its own — not because it lasted a long time, and not because nothing came out.

If you’ve had both “that was definitely an orgasm” and “that was intense but I’m not sure,” what was actually different?

Holy Shit! What was that? - Unprompted Full Body Pleasure & Shaking

Hello everyone. I have been into both prostate-plau and mindgasm for a good few months now, with varying degrees of success. But haven't managed to get any sort of Prostate orgasm or mindgasm. Ive got up to the eternal flame lesson but never really expanded in it too much. The concept of thinking about flexing a muscle without actually doing it, but somehow feeling something from it. That was a bit much for me to take in at the time.

But I had a crazy, completely unprompted experience tonight. I was listening to an orgasm sublimimal I made. It usually arouses me but not to the point of HFO. I was getting ready to listen to a HFO hypnosis audio (Which I haven't done for a long time). I began to feel these sensations between my legs, in my pelvic floor. So I though, "Okay, let's ride this. No expectations or anything. Just don't clench or flex. Just observe. These tingles began growing stronger, zapping up and down my pelvic floor. And I got involuntary flutters in muscles in my lower abdomen I didn't even know I had control over. I began focusing on them, keeping my breath deep but not trying to feel more. Just focusing on what I was already feeling. I would thank my body for giving me the sensations. These slowly spread up my lower abdomen and I began feeling this glowing in my chest that seemed to connect to my lower body. The glowing in my chest feeling my pelvic floor more sensations. This was getting pretty crazy at this point because id never experienced anything like that before. Each outward breath quickly became this torrential from my chest downwards through my abdomen and into my groin.

I remember my Tantra practices and visualised the energy tingling in my groin traveling up my spine, into my head and then down my body and this just escalated things even further. Before I knew it, I was trancing out and shaking like crazy, and for a moment, I thought I was going to ejaculate, but I didn't. Anyway, I cut the session short as it was becoming overwhelming. Especially as it was my first time experiencing anything of the sort.

My question, what the hell was that. I never thought I'd get any success from this. But for it to come on it's own, outside of any practise, completely unprompted? Is that normal? Will this get easier for me from here? I'm still shaking writing this

Super O for the 1st time

I finally did it last night. After 6 months of playing I achieved a super o without a toy. I used 10mg thc gummie. After about 40 minutes, I went to bed and just felt the waves of pleasure. They washed over me over and over again until I was have a very intense orgasm that originated from my prostate. My breathing was rapid and changing on its own and I was shaking uncontrollably but it all felt so good!

It was amazing! I could only have one orgasm then things faded. I felt very tired but I was extremely satisfied. Can't believe the feeling! Thanks for all the tips!
