Tracking your progress

Do you track your MMO progress? I found that keeping a journal of my experiences helped as I progressed in my training. I did that for at least a couple years. After a session (sometimes even during a bathroom break in the middle of a session) I'd update the journal with a few notes about how intense the session was, what techniques I tried, maybe anything new I felt, and because I also count the dry orgasms I have in a session (https://www.reddit.com/r/MultipleMaleOrgasms/s/rXp6NaNxFt) using a counter app, I'd note that too afterwards.

Most of my sessions have at least a bit of thc (even 2.5-5mg makes a huge difference for me) so I'd note that too, being able to figure out things like staging dosing, different types, what bigger doses do, and so on.

But the main thing was being able to look back and read through experiences, like the very first time with r/Mindgasm lessons, I broke through and had a dry orgasm. And when looking back there were techniques or positions I had forgotten about and re-tried later, and were even more awesome.

Do you keep a journal of your progress, what worked and didn't?

Heart rate peaks during multiple orgasms

During my multiple dry orgasm sessions sometimes I will turn on my fitness tracker to track heart rate. Usually during the strongest orgasms (super-o) it can get very high, one of the things that happens during an orgasm of any kind (see link below for how these orgasms exhibit for me). I think my max was around 170bpm, but most of them hit around 125-140bpm.

There are times in a session I just watch the heart rate climb as I feel the pleasure intensify and that adds to the pleasure feedback loop.

But depending on the stage of the session, dry orgasms can still hit strong and the heart rate goes up, but from say 90 to 110. It's not the only indicator or "proof" of an orgasm, but it's cool to track at times and map to the overall experience, length of session (usually 3-5 hours), overall intensity of orgasms. Counting them with an app (super easy to hit a button on the phone once the orgasm's over, or use the volume up button mapped to the plus button of the app) is fun for me too, to map progress against techniques or just things like how many max per hour, what was the peak hour, etc. Commonly the peak hour has the most orgasms that hit the highest heart rate.

Do you track your heart rate during a session? Have you found any interesting patterns or correlations?

Having dry orgasms... anywhere

With this amazing superpower (dry orgasms triggered even just by the mind), one can have dry orgasms anywhere. For me, in a public space of course you limit the intensity as you don't want to be sitting on a bench in a mall with an o-face on, haha. But the orgasms can still happen (for me, my definition: https://www.reddit.com/r/MultipleMaleOrgasms/s/m06gkRiFuh ) even if they're less intense.

In cases like this they are probably the lowest intensity but it's amazing to just sit somewhere, imagine flexing muscles around the prostate (or actually flexing) and "seed" the pleasure and let it grow. Sometimes I just let it grow to a bit but not let it turn into a dry orgasm because I absolutely do not want anyone to see just in case it gets too strong and I'm having visible contractions out and about of course. Creepy.

As well it's just great to have even a nice p-wave sitting at a desk or whatever. I can't seem to do it when walking, though.

Learned to have NEOs for hours, with or without toys

[Sorry for the re-post, but the original post was at the multiorgasmic sub and now they've taken it down, I guess for reference to Mindgasm, so just posting the original here as this is a more reliable sub for this kind of experience sharing.]

Some years ago I bought and tried some anal toys, felt nothing but mostly discomfort. Eventually threw them out. But then a few years ago found people discussing prostate-based NEOs on Reddit. Some were talking about energy flow, spiritual guides, or even trying to explain how they came to have NEOs in a paragraph or two, or even in long wiki guides. These were either too vague or I didn't resonate with them, couldn't figure out how. Some guys figured out how to stimulate their prostate first, with fingers or toys. I couldn't figure out how. Stories of these full-bodied intense dry orgasms that had no refractory period sounded fake. But then there were just too many of them, and lots of them weren't even sensationalized, and I had to look deeper.

Found r/Mindgasm and started trying out the basic free lessons. This was the first technique that was well-structured, well-explained, very practical, and came with music and voice-directed instructions. For me that's exactly what I needed. Everything else just didn't seem to click. Within weeks I had my first NEO, though it was low intensity compared to even a couple months later, and tiny compared to what I get to have now, a few years later.

I paid for the subscription then and benefitted a ton from it; easily the best money i've ever spent on something sexually-related. Ever. Though lots of guys learn this mind-muscle connection and capability without assistance, my first really big breakthrough was with just a little bit of THC, maybe 2.5mg of edible/oil. Blew my mind, had NEOs for an hour, was laughing, crying, felt like I couldn't even stand the height of this pleasure, yet it went on and on.

I also started adding a little bit of touch or light stimulation. Frenulum, perenium, anal, eventually nipples, and directed the pleasure down into my prostate (that's where maybe I now understand some of the "energy flow" descriptions) and as it filled up more NEOs followed, including some Super-Os, massive full body pleasure out of my control.

I try to spread the word about Mindgasm and hope people don't think I'm a shill (just a paying member), but I just wish someone would have told me about this early in my life. Many guys move off porn too, as it short-circuits the learning process to redirect and source pleasure in the prostate primarily, so that's also brilliant.

Now even though I can have NEOs with no touch, no toys, no THC, I generally have THC and gentle toys (or sometimes Aneros/NJoy-type) in my sessions and get to have them for hours on end, up to hundreds per multi-hour session (I use a counter app on the phone, even volume up/down button to increment so it's not distracting). The assistance just makes them more guaranteed and stronger, and more numerous over a long period of time if I want.

Though it can bring me too close to a standard orgasm, once in a while I can do full manual stimulation and trigger repeated NEOs. Usually that's not the case though as I prefer to have more NEOs than feel like I have to watch out for a regular orgasm. Interesting, adding a bit of mushrooms reduces the chance of regular orgasm (also reduces erections, which you don't need for NEOs anyway) and widens the pleasure, can end up with fewer NEOs in a session overall but making them even more intense and full body.

Even just with THC I can get to what I call these orgasmic steady states where I have an NEO, then it drops only a bit to a fully-pleasurable state (like maybe a 9 on a 1-10 regular orgasm intensity scale) that I can maintain using Mindgasm techniques and muscle control, for say 20-30 seconds, and then another NEO bursts through, then back to that steady state. When the orgasms are happening like that it can be easily 30-50 orgasms per hour. One session recently I hit 74 in one hour.

And just to be clear, when I count an NEO or dry prostate-based orgasm, I mean at very least the things below (I've since made a more full post on this at https://www.reddit.com/r/MultipleMaleOrgasms/s/UFCl8pJcjj :

- Intense pleasure rooted in the prostate outwards, pulsing my pelvic and abdominal muscles (and often chest muscles contracting too) for at least 5-10 seconds (longest I noted was 2min), usually at the "normal" rate of 0.7/second, but sometimes hitting double that speed

- No ejaculation

- No refractory time

- Feeling of pulsing is like pumping during a TO (traditional orgasm) but no ejaculate coming out

And at the "most" intense:

- Full-body pleasure and tensing uncontrolled, with intensity feeling like my brain will break, sometimes "seeing stars"

- They often follow quickly with another super-intense NEO

- Often the only reason I have to stop is to take a breath or muscle break, even to take a couple deep breaths

Phenomenal to be able to experience pleasure like this in such intensity. With a "regular" session of maybe 50-90 orgasms my ab muscles aren't sore the next day but with 150-200 or more in a session usually a couple of days off are necessary to let sore muscles recover.

If you're trying to have success with solely descriptive methods and it's not working check out Mindgasm; I think there are still some free lessons, and Novembers they usually open up more paid content free for the month. But even check out their blogs on the website, ask questions on Discord. It was life changing for me and has been for a lot of people, and it's not just limited to guys, btw. Mind-muscle prostate orgasms have their G-spot equivalent and the lessons work for people with either.

Also, when using anal toys, I never use vibrating ones (numbs the prostate too quickly), and never insert them until after the prostate is already quite aroused due to multiple NEOs already. So my first approach, and what I see a lot of people recommend, was kind of backwards. Inserting the anal toy before the prostate was ready is not helpful, can even be a turn-off and uncomfortable.

TLDR: Mindgasm unlocked NEOs for me, and adding some light stimulation/toys and THC took it all to an entirely new level. Learn toyless, touchless prostate orgasms first.

What I consider an orgasm when counting NEOs / dry orgasms

I've been thinking about, and defining recently, what I actually mean when I count a NEO or dry prostate-based orgasm, because “orgasm” can mean pretty different things to different people. I know some like to add "-gasm" on to things I wouldn't consider an orgasm, though during a prostate-based dry orgasm pleasure can spread to some or all areas of the body; I'd still call that a prostate-based orgasm, not a "chestgasm" or "coregasm" or anything like that.

The pleasure coming from the prostate can be extremely intense and involve the entire body, so it seems like there's no need to make up other terms that just end up confusing people, IMO.

I know there's some scientific work being done to define the orgasmic response, including sensors that measure the strength of anal contractions during any orgasm, for example, and that's good work.

Also from explanations of experiences from those with g-spot-based orgasms (including those who either "rewired" or naturally can have those), it sounds extremely similar so for g-spot owners just replace "prostate" and ignore reference to "ejaculation"

At the minimum in my sessions, I would consider it an orgasm if I experience:

  • Intense pleasure with a distinctly prostate-centered origin, which then may spread outward through the body, or remain localized in the pelvis.
  • Involuntary, rhythmic contractions of what feels like all the pelvic muscles, often accompanied by abdominal and sometimes chest-muscle contractions. These aren't deliberate Kegels or other deliberate muscle contractions; they happen automatically as part of the orgasmic response
  • The contractions typically continue for at least 5–10 seconds, although they can last considerably longer. The longest I've personally experienced was around two minutes, trying to see how long I could go; just ran out of steam by that point
  • The pulsing can feel similar to the rhythmic “pumping” sensation of a traditional orgasm, except there is no ejaculation (thus "dry")
  • The contractions are often around what I'd describe as the normal orgasmic rhythm (roughly 0.7 contractions/second), although sometimes they become even faster.
  • No refractory period. I can remain highly aroused and move directly into another orgasm rather than needing a recovery period. Though might need 10-20 seconds to catch my breath and give muscles a break.
  • Subjectively, the pleasure can be roughly as strong as a traditional orgasm, equally strong, or stronger. The main difference for me is that it feels more "rounded" and less like the sharply peaked sensation we feel more with a traditional orgasm (TO, which has ejaculation)
  • I can stop these orgasms voluntarily, as opposed to not being able to stop a traditional orgasm once passing the point of no return (PONR)
  • There is no oversensitivity in the main sexual organ because it's not the center of the orgasm as it feels like it is in a TO.

At the most intense end, it can become a very intense full-body orgasm:

  • Pleasure and involuntary muscle contractions can spread throughout the body, like above but stronger, maybe causing me to curl up or muscles to tense in the legs and elsewhere
  • The intensity can become overwhelming enough that it feels almost difficult to process, sometimes to the point of “seeing stars.”
  • Another very intense orgasm can sometimes follow almost immediately.
  • At that point, the limiting factor isn't necessarily loss of arousal or a refractory period. Sometimes I simply have to stop because I need to breathe or give my muscles a break.
  • These orgasms are probably what I'd call "super-orgasms" in my experience
  • I probably could stop them if I wanted, to, but never tried because when you're in that state, why would you??

There's also something that I wouldn't count as an orgasm, but it's more like an "orgasmic state" of steady pleasure. It might happen between the super intense orgasms, like in the intensity level, but usually just during an intense session. If orgasming happens at say a level 10, this would be hovering around 9-9.5 and with controlled breathing (not huge breaths usually, lose too much momentum) can sustain this for minutes at a time. Usually it's not minutes though as I let it go to a dry orgasm on purpose or by accident.

Cost vs value of sex toy spend

[Mindgasm community: I know this isn't all strictly Mindgasm, but still applies, like I'd say my best value per dollar spent on sex stuff would be Mindgasm]

Sometimes i look at the cost of a sex toy and think, how much would I pay for the number of orgasms I've gotten from it? Yes, it is worth it. Ever do that?

One toy is the Lelo F1S V3, expensive but amazing at least for what I use it for (generally dry repeated prostate orgasms). My first session with it (amongst other toys), the 3 times i used it over many hours had over 100 dry orgasms from it. So it was around $200, thats $2/orgasm for my first session. But then have used it other sessions since with easily 30-50 dry orgasms per duration I've used it so the cost per orgasm now is even less. very worth the cost.

Back when I started I subscribed to Mindgasm to learn how do make dry orgasms happen. I can't even count now the thousands of dry orgasms over the last few years; that was huge value for the cost.

One other great toy is the Calexotics Connect stroker (suction and vibe). It was $90 and have had now hundreds of dry orgasms with it. Super cheap toy for the value.
