"Aprender" a manter a ereção enquanto é penetrado é possível?

"Aprender" a manter a ereção enquanto é penetrado é possível?

Tracking your progress

Do you track your MMO progress? I found that keeping a journal of my experiences helped as I progressed in my training. I did that for at least a couple years. After a session (sometimes even during a bathroom break in the middle of a session) I'd update the journal with a few notes about how intense the session was, what techniques I tried, maybe anything new I felt, and because I also count the dry orgasms I have in a session (https://www.reddit.com/r/MultipleMaleOrgasms/s/rXp6NaNxFt) using a counter app, I'd note that too afterwards.

Most of my sessions have at least a bit of thc (even 2.5-5mg makes a huge difference for me) so I'd note that too, being able to figure out things like staging dosing, different types, what bigger doses do, and so on.

But the main thing was being able to look back and read through experiences, like the very first time with r/Mindgasm lessons, I broke through and had a dry orgasm. And when looking back there were techniques or positions I had forgotten about and re-tried later, and were even more awesome.

Do you keep a journal of your progress, what worked and didn't?

First session: prostate-only journey, 11 years of the same routine finally broken

Long time lurker, first time posting something personal like this. Wanted to share because reading other people's experiences here is what pushed me to actually try.

Quick background: I've masturbated the "conventional" way for about 11 years. Never anything wrong with it, just... same script every time. A few months ago I got curious about prostate stimulation — not as a kink thing, more as genuine curiosity about how differently the body could respond. So I committed to a real project: phase out penile masturbation gradually, build up prostate stimulation as the main event, and just see where my body takes it. No pressure, no rigid rules, just exploring.

Had my first full session with a mechanical stimulator a couple nights ago. Wanted to write it down while it's still fresh.

Getting there

Went in expecting it to feel weird, and it did at first — that pressure/urge sensation everyone talks about. What actually got me through it was breathing. Slow, deep breaths, just letting each exhale soften whatever was tensing up down there. Kept telling myself "nothing is wrong here" every time discomfort popped up, and it worked. After maybe 10-15 minutes it stopped being "something's not supposed to be there" and started being genuinely pleasurable.

The session itself

Around 40-45 min in, I started noticing this pulsing sensation, like 3 distinct pulses every time I exhaled, way stronger than anything before that. Not localized either — I had this pulsing running down my thigh, tingling in my feet by the end. Full body thing, not a genital thing. That was new for me. My penis was hard through a lot of it, and I just let it be there. Didn't touch it. Barely thought about it honestly, which surprised me since I expected it to be screaming for attention by the end.

Ended the session around the hour mark, whole body just melted into this deep relaxed state. Went to sleep feeling incredible, no need to finish myself off by hand at all — genuinely felt like the session had already completed something.

The part that really got me

Woke up a while later mid-ejaculation. Fully hands-free, no touching involved, just woke up already releasing. No intense conscious climax moment I could point to, more like a release that had been quietly building and just let go on its own while I was half asleep. Volume was more than I expected, almost like the whole thing had been building all session and just needed sleep to finish the job.

And here's the best part: zero refractory crash.

Usually after finishing there's that flat, slightly foggy feeling. This time — nothing like that. Slept great, woke up feeling even better than before, completely clear-headed, no weird post-nut guilt or emptiness at all. Just calm. Takeaways so far

Breathing through the initial discomfort is everything, don't fight it

Full-body sensation is real, not just marketing hype from prostate toy companies lol

You don't need to force a finish, the body seems to know what it's doing if you let it

The absence of that post-orgasm "crash" was honestly the most unexpected and welcome part

Planning to keep this up a few times a week and see how the pattern develops over the coming months. Curious if others here have had similar hands-free experiences, especially that delayed/sleep-release pattern. Was that a one-off or does it tend to repeat?

How to choose a method?

I'm still pretty new to this process of learning to have multiple orgasms. I've tried a little bit of a couple of different methods but I would like to focus on a single method until I achieve reasonable success and then decide if I want to investigate other options.

My primary goal is more pleasure for my partner and me during sex so I'm not sure if a hands-free method like mindgasm which is very intriguing is the right place for me to start?

So far I've had the most success with edging and trying to learn to separate ejaculation from orgasm. I've definitely had tingles a couple of times and been able to have practice sessions that lasted in the neighborhood of an hour or more, but I have not had what I would call a non ejaculatory orgasm yet.

I have some interest in the I think it's called r/maledefinitiveguide And I got started on this journey watching videos on YouTube from the sexual Kung Fu channel.

Mindgasm has come highly recommended to me and I would definitely want to investigate it at some point but unless I misunderstanding something I don't think it matches with my initial goal of intercourse being more pleasurable for my wife and I...?

I think I'm looking for suggestions on the best/fastest(?) method of having more pleasure for longer without the refractory period with or without ejaculation or semen retention.

Thanks in advance for your kind suggestions.

How woud You define an orgasm?

I define orgasm as the same feeling I discovered when I was about 7 year old; several seconds of euphoric bliss centered near my penis, followed by a relaxed state. I have been addicted ever since.

Later ejaculation became combined and at some point a refractory period.

Heart rate peaks during multiple orgasms

During my multiple dry orgasm sessions sometimes I will turn on my fitness tracker to track heart rate. Usually during the strongest orgasms (super-o) it can get very high, one of the things that happens during an orgasm of any kind (see link below for how these orgasms exhibit for me). I think my max was around 170bpm, but most of them hit around 125-140bpm.

There are times in a session I just watch the heart rate climb as I feel the pleasure intensify and that adds to the pleasure feedback loop.

But depending on the stage of the session, dry orgasms can still hit strong and the heart rate goes up, but from say 90 to 110. It's not the only indicator or "proof" of an orgasm, but it's cool to track at times and map to the overall experience, length of session (usually 3-5 hours), overall intensity of orgasms. Counting them with an app (super easy to hit a button on the phone once the orgasm's over, or use the volume up button mapped to the plus button of the app) is fun for me too, to map progress against techniques or just things like how many max per hour, what was the peak hour, etc. Commonly the peak hour has the most orgasms that hit the highest heart rate.

Do you track your heart rate during a session? Have you found any interesting patterns or correlations?
