We're considering attending Oasis tonight but we're worried that the rain will turn people away. Is the rain deterring anyone else tonight? It will only be our second time going. Last time we went on a Friday. We want to go when there will be lots of other people!
Starting this Monday May 25th, our beloved heated outdoor pool will be temporarily closed for renovations, including a complete restructuring of the pool and pool shed. We anticipate that the renovations will take approximately 3 weeks, and re-open by mid-June.
We'll be honest with you, the pool is currently in rough shape, as we used a quicker repair method the last time around. This time, we're doing it the right way, which means a fuller renovation process and a longer timeline.
We recognize this is short notice. To be transparent, we held off on announcing this until we had confirmed dates for when the renovations would take place, and now that we do, we didn't want to wait another day to let everyone know. We know how crucial our pool is to the Oasis experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Below is additional information regarding our pool closure as well as an FAQ section at the end of this post that we put together to answer some of the questions you may have:
