Visiting Saturday, Buying diapers in Paris?

Hi! I’m visiting Paris Saturday - Monday and I’m curious where I can buy diapers? Do pharmacies carry tab diapers (I don’t like pull-ups). Are there adult/fetish stores which carry them? I don’t think if I order online anything will be delivered by Saturday. Thanks!

Morning surprise

Woke up this morning having messed my diaper in the middle of the night, don't have any memory of it (probably woke up feeling the need to, and did it right then b4 immediately going back to sleep)
