I would be lying if I said I don't want to do this for fetish reasons. I like the idea of never needing to worry about whether ill ever have sex, in my perfect world I would want it so I no longer have the privilege of playing with it. I know in some cases you can still keep the glands and nerves so you can actually rub your area so you could still have an orgasm, but it's much more harder to achieve and I actually enjoy the thought of that as well. But mainly I just really enjoy the idea of not having it so I can focus 100 percent on a man without my needs of having my dick getting pleasure.

But I've always been a pleaser. anytime I had sex, it was always about him, never me. This is how I always liked it. I hardly ever got hard when I went down on past partners and my partners even complained about that. but my pleasure solely came from what I was doing for him.

It's kind of hard for me to explain, but I get very good sensations throughout my body and mind from pleasing others sexually with my hole, my mouth, and my hands. Later when it was over I would play with myself thinking about how I pleased him sexually.

Other reasons I want to get rid of is because I masturbate way too much, so much that it just gets in the way of my hobbies and even sometimes work.

Lastly I do have a denial fetish. I really just like the idea of needing to find other ways to get and give pleasure with no way of penetrating anyone or anything.

Sometimes I think I'm just really out of my mind or wanting this, and my list of fetishes are very far out there, but this one is at the top.

I think about being nullified every day (just passive thoughts, not obsessive). I want to be nullified badly, but I'm not sure how to talk to my therapist about it. She already knows I'd like to be nullified, but I want to take it a step further and start working on the process. I've been looking at doctors in the meantime and scheduled an appointment for a hysterectomy, but I think I need to actually get a referral instead so there is not an issue with insurance.

What should I say or ask? I know I have things I need to work on in therapy, but this is very important to me as well. Do I need to find a second specific kind of therapist instead, or is my current therapist fine?

I was recently approved for orchiectomy with scrotum removal, and had a consultation with a surgeon. I identify as a eunuch and both my therapist and the surgeon were very supportive. I just need to schedule the procedure, but I've had the nagging feeling that orchiectomy is a "safe" compromise, while nullectomy is really what I want. Can anyone relate to this? Also, do you think I'd need to go back to square one to get approved, or is this an option a surgeon might consider based on my existing approval?

AFAB NB, no T, looking for something as close as possible to smooth, but without burying the clit because I still want sensation, and I just need information on how that would work and to what degree it's possible.

My gender clinic (which has not yet performed afab nullification, ever, but has performed a lot of gender-affirming genital surgeries in general) says that nullification requires some amount of urethral lengthening, because otherwise scar tissue may block the urethra, which would be a problem. So the urethral opening can't stay where it is, it has to go somewhere, but where? My clinic also says afab nullification isn't fully possible, because then the urethral opening would be too exposed and might get infected often, it needs to be tucked away in enough protective tissue. I don't really understand this.

Has anyone here gotten nullification without clitoral burial or removal? How does it work?

If you look at female genitalia on a diagram, there's a top part where there's a clitoral hood, then a clitoris, a urethra, then an opening, then the bottom part near the perineum (which is already closed for me post v-nectomy). Do they leave a small part in the middle and close the top until the clit and bottom part until the urethra? Can the whole labia minora go away?

Man I want diagrams. I want information.

I will be contacting Essen, and I will be talking to the urologist at my gender clinic directly (up to now it's been the psychologist relaying their words), but I just don't want to come across to them like someone who is completely uninformed and misguided about what the possibilities even are. I don't want to start those conversations armed with zero information. And if my clinic says something isn't possible while in actuality it is, I want to know about it and be able to guide them towards better information or towards fellow surgeons in other countries to talk to.

Are there really no surgeons who've publicized information about afab nullification, at all? No research to link to?
