As the headline says, 40 year old married guy from the buckete state here. I’ve lurked around these parts off and on, and haven’t quite found what I’m looking for. Maybe that changes this time.

About me, I’m fit, take some pride in my appearance, (too) educated, love my career, and I think fun. As far as interests go into the outdoors whether it’s playing ball, or scaling hills on my bike, to casting a fly in a stream. During the winter you can find me sliding down the slopes.

Hoping to connect with a woman around my age, from around these parts who is also married but whose marriage is lacking the whatever it is that drives us to the Reddits. Ideally she also takes an interest in her health and appearance, is educated and has interests beyond politics or some trashy tv.

Finally I’m not changing my situation or wanting you to change yours. Discretion is a must. And I’m interested in moving beyond just 9-5 work texting. If that’s something you’d be interested in too and any of this is remotely intriguing, say hey.

I’m 40 and married. I’m fit, and educated with a great career. On the surface, I have what any guy would want, but here I am. But there’s that pesky intimate side to a relationship that’s not there, and hasn’t for a while. So here I am.

Interests? All the usual stuff that guys my age are into. Sports, being outdoors, hitting the gym, anything Will Ferrell, listening to great music, the kind that isn’t made much today.

I’m not trying to change either situation at home, just trying to fill the void with something satisfying, and interesting. My goal is that this would progress to something physical. I’m located right where indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky meet. Ideally you would be too, or somewhere close. But most importantly, you have the interest to possibly move beyond texting and really do want to be IN each other’s lives.

Ok more about me. Over 6 ft tall, weigh 190 lbs. interests are wide, reading here and there, watching and playing sports, being outdoors (esp on my road bike), and I do hit the gym fairly often. Alritey y’all, been down this road a few times, and had some false starts. Buuuut, who knows, maybe I just haven’t met you yet, OR maybe we’ve chatted before and for whatever reason it didn’t click at the time, but might now? I dunno, but I’m hopeful.

Either way, I’m a married, active, fit, attractive man that’s looking for a fit, active, attractive married woman. Ummmm what else? The marriage has grown stale, and distant. If you’re reading this then you probably understand the feeling. But due to my commitments with the littles, I have no interest in changing my situation or yours.

What am I interested in? Currently neck deep in baseball/softball; playing, watching, coaching. Ps GO REDS! Besides sports I’m usually outdoors doing all the things. Anyhow I’ve posted a few times and can’t quite find what I’m looking for. Nothing ever comes easy which is a great thing because I don’t mind a little work. So let me try to explain what I’m hoping to find: a woman around my age, who lives in or around the 513, that like me is married but feels compelled to find something more. Not something more that’ll end in running off together and living happily ever after, something more as in has obligations at home and not looking to abandon those. Yet, still wants to fill the connection void with another adult, in all the ways. She should be attractive, know that one’s health is a priority, and be educated and curious about the world.
