Is this fixable without surgery I have clobetasol (ointment), I also have a Dr Appointment for this, are there other ways around this without getting circumcised I really dont want to get it cut with my frenulum too any advice is appreciated!

Has anyone had a similar problem to this? I have clobetasol (ointment) but I don’t think its going to fix this. I have a doctors appointment for this soon, Im really not tryna get circumcised any advice is appreciated.
Can urologists fix this without surgery or is it too late my frenulum fused into my foreskin and swole up and its like non-existent now cause it’s covered into my foreskin. PS I already have a Doctors appointment for this im just curious on how this would be fixable or if anyones had a similar problem.

What do I do about this can someone please give me some advice or help I don’t want to get surgery are there any stretches or steroid creams I can use to get my frenulum out of my foreskin, it like grew into my foreskin and swole up.
