how is ac for dancers? i imagine its pretty crazy and lucrative, just wondering what yalls experience has been dancing out there!! im from the area and i really want to visit home and make some cash while I'm at it

literally every night i get asked to be someones girlfriend. its fucking weird and annoying, i always think to myself that id never date someone who comes as a patron.
but tonight this super cute guy comes in, older but looks young. i tell him im not dating /celibate when he asks if id go party with him. but we had a really good chat, and such good chemistry. i wasnt forcing myself to be kind to him, it just felt right. like uuugh.. if i didnt meet you here and know youre that kinda guy, id probably actually like you yaknow? unfortunate circumstance
i do have a custy who i see outside the club (only because he had a good rapport with another dancer ((and yes i made sure the other dancer was okay with me also seeing him)) and is very discord mod "i respect women" and is always SUUPER mindful and respectful. gives me rides home and buys me food after shifts, comes in and tips well, getting vips, but again, would never date or touch him outside that club.
idk its just frustrating seeing guys i might actually like. maybe ill party w him? but then again, that gives him no incentive to come back and see me right... Money.
i work at a full nude club, i read the contract before deciding to be independent contractor. my understanding, that means i control my performance. they do suggest that i get fully nude by third song,
but the dj is pressuring me. telling me i HAVE to be naked by third song, that management will fire me if i dont.
i make good money, all from vip/privates. im new to stage performances, so i imagine ill be more comfy w that as i go on. its not like im not making them money, so im just extremely anxious and him pressuring me completely ruins my confidence on stage. its also not like i never get naked, i definitely do in private/vip when its actually worth the money to me. but getting nude for $5 of stage tips just feels bad.
i talked to manager, he said hes the only one who can fire me and its not the biggest deal if i dont get nude on stage. idk. i really dfw this dj guy. is this legal?

but when i was on stage a guy tipped me, i planned on coming to find him after making sure my top was in place and boobies werent flying out
mind u, that was like 30 seconds. within that 30 seconds another girl starts talking to him.
it feels like she just saw a guy had money and rushed to him. but me personally, if i see a guy who is clearly interested another girl i leave him alone. i generally leave guys seated around the stage alone to let other ladies have their moment.
am i being too polite about everything? should i be evil and not gaf and steal potential clients? before another girl literally came up and tried to talk to a guy and steal him while i was on his lap. i knew this industry would be like beauty school, coked up 40 year old women acting like hs bullies, but its sad to see in action.

Auditioned tonight, first audition. He said hed pass my number to the dayshift guy and when I asked when to expect a call back he said might not be till Monday.
Asked girls in the locker room if that was just a no, they said usually if its a no its just a no,and that guy has flat out rejected one of them in the past.
Its Wednesday night and there was a bunch of girls but no customers so Im thinking maybe thats why? Im just wondering if I will actually get a call back lmao. Planning another audition for tomorrow, but I was really excited to just start!
Done OF for years, very confident in my looks, I was super shaky from not eating and have a bit of stage fright, but I think I did okay.. idk
