Hey! I'm looking for a sleeve that is adding not too much in general but more girth than length. My length is around 5.5" and girth is 1.5". I was thinking the end result with it on me was around 7" and girth around 1.8-2". Can anyone help me with some recommendations? Was thinking maybe girthy boy A but idk if I did the math right. Also if dildos for her (vixskins mustang dual density) can still feel fake. Would I get a dual density sleeve or single density since I think the softer the better (with whisper finish)?

So I have a size 2 curved ring and cobra N+ Narrow. I am also a huge grower and have a high and tight sack. So I've been getting spermatic cord irritation. Is it a good idea to go up to size 3 curved and also use a belt to keep it in place since it's now looser? Is that combo usually a fix? I've also been interested in the shaft only cages as an alternative to avoid any issues with the balls in general.

I've unfortunately had spermatic cord discomfort and slight vein enlargement when wearing a regular ball trap cage. I'm a drastic grower with a high and tight sack. I'm not exactly interested in a PA piercing either. So I was wondering if the glans trap like the HZD or other similar brands are safe to use? My main concern with the ball trap was infertility because of the pressure it kept putting on me but with this a shaft only one it's the vein, artery, and nerve impingement at the top of the penis. So I was going to ask. How common is discoloration, coldness, varicose veins, or numbness (Especially with erect)?
