Frozen sheets of snow cracked and caught the dim gray sunlight underfoot. Prismatic refractions spread from ice to shattered glass through the blown open front of the supermarket. A broad shouldered man buckled and fractured a trail behind him with each step, another set of footprints added to the thousands beneath. The surrounding land mirrored the building, cold, desolate and in pieces.

Gnawing hunger in his stomach was the only thing that could drive him to something this stupid. The shelves were all stripped empty, nothing aside from stationary and expired medication remained, and even those were ripped open and turned to carrion. Still he searched and turned over everything, hoping for a single missed can, a half rotten piece of fruit, *anything*. Isle dividers were turned over, every box opened and flattened. Languid, silent solitary movements through every room of the building, the scavenger was like a crepuscular detritivore cleaning the bones of the old world as the day ended.

Hours passed with no reprieve, after going through the stockroom a small ladder led to the rooftop. From here he saw fairly far around, a mile or two up and down the nearby highway. He leaned his backpack against a duct as he looked down at the setting sun, letting himself fully silhouette against the light.

*Not even dog food, I shoulda known better. Who wouldn’t have checked the fucking grocery store by now.*

As he turned to grab his pack he saw the hint of a shadow out of the corner of his eye, then-

*BANG!*

Something hit his side and spun him like a top. His ears rang from panic as much as the gunshot. Having no idea which direction he was facing he took a big step only to find the snow covered ground behind the super market rushing up to meet him. After landing on his left arm with a dull thud, he sprung up and darted away from the spot like he could out run the pain. A thin, fresh trail of red just highlighted the trail of destruction of broken sticks and torn clothes as he barreled downhill, towards the long stretching road.

The burst of adrenaline didn’t last long, not even a mile from the grocery. All his running had just led to him out of breath, flat on his back, right hand feebly applying pressure through layers of clothes. The frayed and overworn outfit was completely soaked through with his blood by now.

At first, he didn’t react to the sounds of approaching footsteps- he already knew who it was. Even so, as they grew closer and closer, he couldn’t help but try to push and crawl back from the source. Any bit of space between them. The pathetic escape attempt was stopped by a boot much smaller than his own pinning him down in the snow. Warm breath poured over his face, he couldn’t bare to open his eyes as *she* spoke.

“Awh man… You really don’t got nothin’ on ya, huh. You’re hardly worth the bullet...”

Thanks for reading my silly prompt! I’m looking for some slightly unhinged/posessive/yandere femdom with a medical play twist. I absolutely channeled the male fantasy of dying in the snow to a hot girl with a gun. I was thinking post apocalypse setting maybe with some sci-fi elements/twists later on. If we both like any established universes, that would work too fallout and so on. We could come up with all sorts of reasons for your character to want to do this to mine. Either bad luck or some prior relationship etc. Your character could even just be a good Samaritan saving his life. I’d be happy to discuss all that before writing!

The setting is absolutely fluid too and I’d be happy to brainstorm anything from fantasy to modern day to superheroes too, if any ideas come to mind let me know! My main #1 want overall is that not-completely-wholesome femdomy vibe with a helpless, brought back from the brink of death */thing/* to it. Maybe a bit of medical play too.
