Let the neighbours see!

To think, when a teenager, I was too ashamed or embarrassed about my body to be able to get changed in the locker room with the others. I would have to hide in a toilet cubicle for fear of being seen.

Nudism has help my self esteem and body image immensely. I'm more happy in myself and my appearance and I'm no longer worried about what people will think of it.

Maybe there is a positive to getting older and some truth in getting wiser.

This evening walk was so perfect!

Nothing to hide.

Today I thought I'd do something in this post that I never ever do. This photo is of me with nothing to hide, one shot, one take and post.

I've always been about body positivity but with photoshoots for online posts, I take dozens of pictures and choose the best ones and remove all the unflattering one. I guess a person trying to be body positive can still be vain.

Well for this post, I thought I would take myself out of my comfort zone, just take one shot and post regardless of the results.

This is me all warts and all (figuratively speaking! I don't have any warts!). Sure my belly is bigger than it used to be and larger than I would like but it's not grotesque. Yeah, my dick ain't big but it has it's charm! Ok, my body isn't a muscular or defined like Brad Pitt but this dad bod ain't bad for a 46 year old.

We can beat ourselves up for our flaws but what we should be doing is loving ourselves while we try and improve what we can.

Have you ever accidentally outed yourself as a nudist?!

Today, I was chatting to a colleague about the Eclipse and opened my phone to show her some pictures... The first picture on the camera roll was my cliff side photos I posted last night! I had forgotten to put them back in my secure folder!

Luckily, she was fine about it and was rather amused! She asked me a few questions about the lifestyle and ribbed me a little bit but it was all good in the end! She says she's gonna call me cheeky from now on!

Have you had any memorable ways of revealing your lifestyle, accidental or otherwise, that you can share?!

Be at one with nature!

The trees don't question how tall they will grow and the flowers don't query are they attractive enough for the bees. We just admire them for their beauty.

As humans, we have a lot to learn from mother nature.
