I just wanted to take a moment and share my recent experience using the services of the LA County sexual health clinic.

First, I’ve never went to anything like this, but my experience was wonderful, actually, probably better than I’ve had with regular doctors and medical facilities.

I had a small scare with an STD, wasn’t sure what to do, after some research, decided why not try the County Health clinic.

First, there services are free. If you have insurance, they bill the insurance but you don’t need to make any co-pays. And in my visit they had the medication I needed there.

It was so nice being able to talk through my issues with someone who was an expert in the field, what they’ve seen and experienced. Really took me off the edge and made me stop endlessly googling stuff. In a non judgmental environment, especially as a gay man.

They’ve got it all too, prep, doxy, pep and vaccines.

Online services can be more convenient, however, the low to zero cost and care I received was so much better than I had expected.

I get it, sexual health can be embarrassing and hard to talk about, but, I encourage anyone looking for these services to reach out to them.

Looking for some advice, thoughts on a trip to HK.

So, before I get roasted, I’ve done my homework on the saunas there, for context, I’m a white guy decent shape very VERY late 30’s.

Here’s what I’ve found online:

Hutong
Young, mainland locals come here, can be very discriminatory and prices are a lot, need a good body to go, might not be for me

Central Escalator
Some find it to be a turn off, more or less less of a bathhouse and more of a gathering spot for local gays in HK, owner is nice, but, doesn’t give real bathhouse vibes

Soda
From what I can gather my best option for who I am

Gateway
Offers a small discount for holding the Utopia Asia card

My Way
Can’t find a lot out about this one

I’d appreciate any thoughts, feedbacks or other reviews of these places. Found a few YT videos too and they were really helpful, but maybe over thinking, but would really appreciate hearing from the community on best options, where to go.

Can you tell/feel the moment a top blows his load in you? I ask because on a recent bathhouse visit this bottom told me I left him leaking. I wasn’t sure what that ment? Was it good?
