I don't want uncomfortable tight circumcision - but my urologist says a tight cut is necessary due to foreskin amount and my smaller size. Any recommendations on less extreme circumcision options? Urologist diagnosed me with adult onset phimosis, and circumcision getting worse monthly. Recommended circumcision or frenulum cut. What is my best choice? I dont want to deal with ballantitis, smegma, premature ejaculations, and tight foreskin. Stretching hurts too much.

I just kinda want a minimal circumcision but they are rec tight due to my smaller size. Should I keep frenulum? I want to be done with foreskin issues and recover quickly. Any thoughts appreciated.
