hello opi fam, I’m new to pregablin but have taken/been addicted most things, especially in the RC world. Currently i have a 200-300mg MGM/pseudo habit that is pretty gnarly. I’m trying to taper off, and I have stocked up on a few comfort meds. I have SR, Alp, ebromaz, pregablin, phenibut, and MIT.

I’d like to taper using MIT, Pregablin, and save the rest for a rainy day. Anyone here have experience using gaba to get off Opioid RCs? Does it mix well with MIT? If it gets too hectic, I’ll just switch to the SR. but would like to save it since it’s going away. Thanks!

I’m trying to enjoy some DPP-26, but mgm has absolutely ruined my tolerance to other opiates, so it’s time for a break

I’ve got some DPP-26 coming in and I was wondering about a safe starting dose. I usually take 4-6mg hydromorphone, 75-100mg Pseudoindoxyl, and 30-100mg 7OH per day. I know pseudo can be weird for tolerance, because I took a 20mg oxy the other day and didn’t feel it. I’d like to cut out the other stuff and stick to a daily consistent dose of DPP, assuming i like it.

Maybe 30-50mg to start? Thanks

Brand new to 7, lots of experience with opiates over many years, but recently only 10-20mg Hydromorphone a couple times a week.

Assumed I’d have a little tolerance, so I figured half of a Wonderland 30mg tab would be good for first time. It felt really nice, got the pain relief I needed and was enjoyable. like 2 hours in, started having a lot of nausea.

Took the other half today (~48 hours later) and same thing, lots of fun first 2 hours then i vomited (never get sick from opioids before).

Am i overestimating my tolerance or should i just stick to hydromorphone? Thanks
