Hey all! Hope you're all having good Memorial Day weekends.

Me: East asian, 5'8, in above average shape/athletic build, work out frequently and mostly do active hobbies in my free time (happy to share pics/have already in other posts if you look, and would expect the same if we chat!), youthful, probably average-ish looks, snarkier than first apperances might suggest, and generally i think a pretty witty and fun person to talk to. I'm easy-going but pretty career focused and ambitious, and just as happy to sit around bantering and being unserious as i am to talk about philosophy, politics (i'm quite left, to the extent that matters), or life. I like to travel when i can and last year went to Europe and Asia, without being too specific.

I'd love to show by not tell but, uh, you know, this isn't a dating app with prompts so that's a bit weird, so ill say that generally i think most people who know me would say i'm quite witty and fun to chat to about mostly anything.

It's generic i guess, but I also do love me some checking out new restaurants in the city and just generally exploring the city, but as i hit my 30's and a lot of friends move out of the city or are getting married, and I on the other hand am presently single and ass deep in work, don't get to do as much of that as i'd like. And while it's fun to go out to bars and on dates, sometimes i kind of miss the more relationship type "let's just hang out and grind TV and eat snacks".

So that's a bit about me, and what i'm looking for. Obviously posting here so the hope is there's mutual physical attraction and potentially meeting up, but i'd want to chat a bit first. Clean, DDF, etc etc., and expect the same. I'm relatively on the dominant side, am open to kinks and trying new stuff, but, as cheesy as it is to say, i'm kind of past the totally random hook up phase in my life and prefer more regular partners that i actually have like, some chemistry with.

I can't tell if the dating apps are worse than ever, but after the last few folks i've seen i'm taking a break to just focus on work and hobbies; i'm super busy in the era of 9/9/6 anyways, for better or worse, but from time to time i'd love to have someone chill to chat with, check out new restaurants, and, assuming there's mutual attraction, have fun. I guess this is just a proxy to a dating app with more clear intentions. I feel like there must be women out there who are kind of in a similar spot?
