General question about testosterone
I know this isn't the best community but it wouldn't let me ask this in other ones cause I had to wait to be approved. I started a cycle of 450mg Test enanthate a week last Friday split into 3 different injections at 150mg per shot. It has been 6 days and I haven't noticed and crazy differences, I'm assuming I won't because the ester is a little longer I'm just wondering when others noticed body/strength changes and how it felt in general. Lmk!!!!!
35M. June 2025 vs now. How am I doing so far?
Back in June 2025, I was at the heaviest I have ever been. I was 230 pounds. I’m only 5’8” so obviously this looked horrible as you can see in pic 1. I did not look good and didn’t feel good.
Last June, I decided to make a complete lifestyle change and get myself into shape.
the first few months I was mostly focusing on just losing weight and I was doing a bunch of cardio and in a major calorie deficit. I lost a lot of weight but unfortunately just got very skinny-fat and I didn’t like how that looked either.
Since January, I have been majorly focusing on weightlifting. I lift now 5-6 days a week on a PPL split, and am eating a heavy protein based diet.
I am now down to 170 pounds and pics 2 and 3 were taken today.
how am I doing so far? Is this a good result after a little less than a year? I am now trying to get jacked but I feel like I’m so far away from it still. I get a lot of comments from people being like “wow you got so skinny!” I know they mean well but it’s now the opposite I want to hear lol. I want muscle gains.
I am for sure going to keep at it because I now love my lifestyle and feel so much better and healthier. But sometimes I look in the mirror and just feel defeated because I know I have a long way to go still until I get my dream body.
What do you guys think? Anything I should focus on based off the pics?
6 month of only body weight workout. Lost 10kgs. Never felt better💫
My workout included:
Seated leg crunches
Leg raises
Pushups (normal, diamond, archer)
Squats(normal and weighted)
Jump rope
And weekly once or twice 10k run
Am I eating enough ?
I am 17 weigh 67kg pretty lean and I am 179-180cm tall I eat 3000 calories a day, 300-400gram carbs and 130-160gram protein, I go gym 4x a week upper lower split and use an app to track calories, I want to get to 80kg bw. Some people around me always say how they eat 4000-5000 calories a day and how I’m not eating enough, I just want some peace of mind to know I’m going in the right direction. Anything helps. Btw everytime I put in my info on a calorie maintenance calculator it says 2500-2600. I don’t know if that’s accurate I only go gym. This is my physique as of now

What to do with my wild ass hair at the new gym
Im a 43 yr old male and I’ve recently lost about 45 pounds by making some massive dietary changes and doing simple home workouts and a stationary bike. Feeling pretty good about myself and decided that I wanted to take things to the next level and I joined a gym for some more targeted and intensive workouts. The thing is, I have extremely thick and curly hair. I keep it around 6 or 7 inches long and looks great with product and styled. Problem is that when it is not styled it quite literally puffs out and goes in all the wild directions. Like in a way that no matter how clean and soft it is, I just cannot look like anything other than an absolutely insane person. To the point where it’s a running joke among friends and family. It doesn’t seem very practical to style it before a work out. I just feel like sweat and product would be dripping all down my face the whole time and I have a hard time imagining that it would stay styled anyway. Any other time I go out un-styled I just wear a hat, which also kind of seems like it would just be really sweaty and uncomfortable and the bill would get in the way. This has never been a problem with my home workouts when I was alone and didn’t feel self conscious about just letting it do its thing. So any tips about what I can comfortably do with my wild ass hair during public workouts so that I don’t wonder in there looking like a meth head off the streets would be appreciated. Bandanna maybe? I seriously have no idea.
Progress pic and following up on the advice from last post
Alright everyone so from the last post I have took on the advice and started to eat a bit more and hopefully will look good enough for summer.

Hello I’m looking for some unbiased accurate assumptions of my body fat percentage and body type. THANK YOU!!
body fat percentage?

Bf%?
I am ending towards the end of my aggressive cut (or so I think) haha and was wondering what you guys think my bf% is I’m assuming around 16%-15% and if this is around a good place to stop to maintain for awhile I have been eating 1500 cals for 7 weeks now dropping from 187 to 166 as of right now and down 95 pounds total since I started a couple of years ago thanks for the help!
Give me some good advice for betterment of my body and also rate it out of 10
