Powder Recs

So I’ve always used tabs because they’re convenient, especially when I’m on the go, but as my tolerance has increased, they’re starting to feel like a waste of money.

I’m considering switching to powder and wanted to hear others’ experiences. For those who’ve made the switch, did you find it hit harder, faster/slower, or overall worked better or worse compared to tabs?

I’ve been loyal to RAW, but I’ve been seeing comments that the newer batches don’t seem as potent. I also came across lab results claiming SA tested positive for methanol and PF’s powder allegedly tested positive for a neurotoxin, which is obviously concerning.

Looking for insight on quality, consistency, reliability, and overall experiences. Any advice is appreciated—thanks!

I understand why some people avoid going through doctors or platforms like WebMD- there’s a real concern about being labeled as an addict, and access to medications like clonidine, gabapentin, certain benzodiazepines, naltrexone, or trazodone isn’t always easy, especially without insurance or extra money for appointments. Even if you do manage to get a script, it’s after you’ve already spent at minimal a couple hundred on an appointment and that doesn’t even cover the meds.

For what it’s worth, I was able to order gabapentin and clonidine through an online pharmacy I had previously used for skincare, and it arrived in about two weeks. The cost was very low- around $30–$100 for gabapentin depending on dosage and quantity, and about $5 for a 30-count of clonidine.

Even if you already have other medications (SR) on hand, it can be helpful to have options like clonidine and gabapentin as backup, since many people consider them miracle aids during opioid withdrawal. I know many people swear by supplements (magnesium, agmatine, black seed etc) but if you have access to these helper meds, they are cheaper, less effort than stacking supplements and better IMO!

If anyone wants more information, just comment and I’ll send you my source, or feel free to reach out. I’m not selling anything personally or profiting from this- just passing along something that helped me, in case it helps someone else too. This community has been very helpful to me and people deserve more affordable, easier access to life-saving medications.

I’m curious if anyone has experience going cold turkey from a high dose (150 mg+ per day) and what that was like.

I have a friend whose use varies between 150–300 mg daily. She was recently pulled over and now has to sit in custody due to a warrant from another county. She’s never tried to quit and trying to get a better understanding of what’s to come aside from cravings- how intense it was for others, what symptoms they experienced, and how long it took for things to improve, both physically and mentally.

Any insight would really help. At the very least, I’d like to be able to give her some clarity on what to expect and offer some meaningful support during a really difficult situation. Going cold turkey, especially in jail, is about as tough as it gets.

So Georgia is supposedly a banned state but I’ve been able to find 7 at gas stations, but no M products. The local smoke shops are awful, too. I haven’t even been able to find the “propriety blends” or anything but Pseudo and regular Kratom. I definitely didn’t pack enough MGM for the remainder of my trip thinking I would be able to find some easily like I did up North (also a banned state), and I’m freaking out.

Of course it’s the weekend too, so I can’t get anything shipped. I know Hyroxi is a Georgia brand, so I was expecting them to be everywhere?!

I’m south of Atlanta and completely bummed. I do have 2.5 grams of SR, a couple 20 mg tabs left and some 7 and Pseudo. Any suggestions?! I’ve heard Psuedo helps with withdrawal..
